Access Dental & Orthodontics lives up to its name—care that’s easy to get. I needed a check-up and some ortho 咨询，and they handled both in one visit, which saved time. The dentist was thorough, and the ortho specialist explained my teen’s braces options clearly. The office is kid-friendly with a play area, which kept my little one busy.
They accept Medicaid, which is a huge help for our family, and the front desk helped with paperwork. Only downside: a bit of a wait on busy days, but staff kept us updated. Good, affordable care—we’ll be back.

My 4 y/o daughter had her first cleaning this week. The staff made us very comfortable and her experience so easy and pleasant. They so conveniently were able to provide me with a cleaning the same day! Grateful for no new fears thanks to all of the amazing care.

Front desk was irritable when talking to me. Customer service gave me wrong information, than the front desk made it seem my fault for believing in customer service, like I was supposed to know not to believe customer service. They wanted to charge my daughter for another xray, when customer service told me she wouldn’t have to pay, she had just had an xray two days prior and had it on paper. They gave no exceptions and I now see why this building is always empty with no patients! Absolute waste of time but they could care less because they only wanted money.
Just a mess of a place. Would had been better if I could had talked to somebody face to face, besides a irritable nurse who was on the phone, talking loudly about my situation and laughing as if I was stupid for believing customer service, which is who I called and they made the appointment. Waste of time and energy.
