This is the second time for a tune up with braces. I consulted back in 2017 under a different Orthodontist and Dr. R was in on my consult. Here I am 5 years later having the full upper and lower grill put on! A lot has changed! In fabulous ways. Dr. Reichard is the new owner of the practice and has made huge changes to the office. The waiting area is very comfy, bright and the ceiling lights above the receptionist look like beautiful stars in the sky! The entire office has made an aesthetic jump into the todays world. . Beautiful, open and employee/patient conscious.

My consultation was amazing. Very informative while being super comprehensive without leaving the consult chair in the private room. The technology that Dr. Reichard utilizes has blown my mind. This makes everything extremely pleasant for me…. the patient. The staff is very professional, fun and down to earth. Dr. Reichard is just fantastic! Extremely easy going, super knowledgeable and understanding.

She’s someone you’d want to hang out with after work. And the braces. . well. . they’ve come a long way… this entire process has come along way since my first grill set back in the late 80’s. Such detail goes into everything from the moment you arrive —to the appointment reminders, paperwork, education and my favorite… the lovely bag that you get with everything you will need to care for your teeth while you have your braces on! Fantastic!!! I can go on and on with praise- however, I’ll cut this short now— If you are considering braces for yourself ( you’re never too old) or your children… I enthusiastically recommend you have a consultation with Dr. Reichard…. And keep in mind… it’s not how much…it’s how much a month!!! Lol If you want the best… you go to the best! -CAR

This is my second visit but first for my daughter. First, I want to mention the place is beautiful. Bright, open, and modern. It changes the whole vibe of a typical dentist/orthodontist office. Its a welcoming feeling! My daughter is 7 and I had her checked out due to crowding of her new adult teeth.

Everything looked good; they were thorough, friendly, explained every step of the appointment. Both the dental assistant and Dr R were so friendly and knowledgeable. Since she doesn’t need to go for another year, my insurance now lets adults have coverage for braces/invisalign and I already had my consult last year but didn’t l want to put out the expense for just a minor crowding adjustment on the bottom, but my regular dentist said it seems to be making my teeth fracture since it cracked a piece off biting my nail (big no no) and I had to get a filling to fix it. . So here I am, 37 and on to get invisalign! So happy my dentist referred me here! I highly recommend!!

I took my daughter for her initial visit and we both felt so comfortable walking into this beautifully decorated office! The customer service team, as well as all the staff were absolutely wonderful! They made us feel like we are family! We would recommend Rachel Reichard to anyone in need of services!

At the age of 60 I decided to follow my dentist’s recommendation to have some pretty major dental work done. The first step included correcting my bite & improving my alignment. Dr. Reichard and her staff were amazing! I felt so comfortable every time I walked into that office, not one bit self conscious of my age. Not only is she very kind, but skillful as well.

Within a year Dr. Reichard had completed the needed work and I was ready for the next steps of the dental restoration. Now finally completed, I have a “beautiful smile “ for the first time in my life. Thank you Rachel E Reichard Orthodontics!
