I first heard about Puntillo and Crane from my sister and her family. I then took my son a few years back, and I loved the service. They are thorough and kind and know what they're doing. I have now decided to go to them for my care. They are even better.
They are quick to respond when you reach out with questions which I love in a provider. They've always been that way, though. If you're looking for an orthodontist who cares, these are the people! They are out of network for me, and I still went back. This is how good they are!

My daughter just finished treatment there and my son will be starting treatment soon. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Puntillo and Crane. Thank you for everything you did. My daughter's teeth look amazing.

Love Puntillo & Crane! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Gardiner and her team! From the very first consultation, they made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. Their expertise and attention to detail are truly top-notch, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly. I have a severe Red Dye allergy and Dr. Gardiner did extensive research to make sure my Invisalign trays were not made with red dye, processed with red dye or had any sort of red dye in the post production coating of the trays.
Such a relief for me. The office is modern, clean, and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Scheduling appointments has always been easy, and I appreciate how they respect my time by keeping wait times minimal. They are ALWAYS on time. And one time they had cancellations and called me to ask if I wanted to come in earlier.
Most importantly, my results have been fantastic! My smile looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for an orthodontist who genuinely cares about their patients and delivers amazing results, I highly recommend Dr. Gardiner and her team at Puntillo & Crane!

We had such a pleasant experience with the office. Everyone is nice and friendly. The practice has state of the art equipment. They have several offices in the area so it was never a problem to get an appointment . And my daughter’s smile turned out perfect! We will be doing treatment for our other daughter soon!
