I have no issues with Dr. Williams. He is an excellent Dentist. The low score is for the person(s) who send the claim to billing. This is twice now that I had to go in to correct the billing department. They billed my insurance under "denist unknown," instead of Dr.
Williams. Not sure what they are trying to pull. Be very mindful of their billing department. This might be the last time I go back to Associated Dentist.

Been trying set an appointment for 2 weeks now. I was on their munster hmo list but when they merged I didn't get added to the merriville location. Still no progress, no update, no follow up, I'm actually on hold now and it's been 30 minutes just going to find another dentist because this is terrible.

I ordered a mouth piece for my sleep apnea. They promised it would be ready in 2 weeks and I never got it after 2. 5 months. I finally had to do a chargeback since they kept stringing me along and saying "It will be in soon" for over 2 months.
They would blame the 3rd party lab they used for the delay, but don't give me an expected date of 2 weeks if your lab is backed up in the first place. I'll never be back here.

I was a new patient and they scheduled me for the wrong type of appt. No actual dentist was there to see me. They rescheduled me a month out for a cleaning.
I get a call the day before my new appt and they ask if I can come in 3 hours earlier, I told her I can do 30 mins sooner but I can’t do 3 hours sooner due to work. She told me the dentist doesn’t want to have that big of a gap in her schedule so she’s going to have to cancel and reschedule me for the 2nd time. Told her to go ahead and cancel me because this is twice they have wasted my time
