I had a wonderful experience there today, Tracey was my saving grace after I chipped my front tooth and making numerous phone calls to different dental offices and I couldn’t get in by them not accepting new patients,Tracey got me in. Thanks Dr keyton and Tracey I appreciate it!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰

Dr. Keyton himself is very sweet. His staff on the other hand could care less about bedside manner. The front office staff are rude and some of the dental hygienists are very rough with you and they will make rude comments about your teeth straight to your face. The receptionist says they will work with you on payment plans but they actually won’t.

I didn’t know I had a balance and that my insurance didn’t cover my dental work. I asked the receptionist if she could tell me if there was a notice sent out about me having a bill due & she told me it was mailed out. I never received anything in the mail from the dentist. I do not recommend going to this dentist only because the staff is extremely rude and they do not show professionalism.

Definitely recommend! The staff is very welcoming & kind. My overall experience is a 10/10 my cleaning took less than 45 minutes.

Dr Keyton is a really sweet person who cares for his patients, very professional. His office and staff are very friendly and it’s a good environment. Definitely a good dentist office I will recommend.
