I was a new patient and needed to see dentist before a certain day and they were able to get me in quickly to accommodate my time frame. So I liked that part. Appt was at 1:15 so I got there by 1 since I was a new patient I wanted to come a little early just in case they needed me to fill out any paperwork. Got there and literally NOBODY was in the office. Door unlocked, but nobody there.

I yelled hello multiple times, walked around a little, and even called the office which I watched the phone ring at desk, but nobody answered. I waited up until around 1:20PM. I than left and as soon as I walked out I received a text that they were going to be a few min late back from lunch. I thought that was unprofessional. Guess the office is ran by just one person and the dentist maybe because NOBODY was there when I went.

Why schedule me for a time if NOBODY is going to be there. I even took off work early to be there. I think they should at least keep someone there to greet potential customers who may walk in. 1st impressions are everything and I didn’t like my 1st impression so I just rescheduled somewhere else.

I was a new patient with gum and teeth sensitivity. After looking at a lot of reviews I decided to see Talley at pristine dentistry. My mistake. I prefer not to see someone who says it would be a bloodbath if she would clean my teeth. And that I must not be flossing right. I prefer to take my money and insurance elsewhere. The best part about that visit was Brenda, the dental hygienist.
