My first visit was today! I read reviews and felt like I chose the right dentistry! I was greeted by a very nice receptionist, who helped me with paperwork, insurance and etc.
I was called back a few minutes later by an employee who didn’t seem to want to be there! Her bed side manner was disappointing! I added in my new patient paperwork that I had anxiety when coming to the dentist due to a bad experience earlier in my adult life! She seemed frustrated because I wasn’t doing things “right”, I explained that I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist, hoping that it would shed some light and maybe help break the ice and bring some patience with it! NOPE!!! I walked out without seeing the dentist! Just Awful!

Wouldn’t give me a cleaning without X-rays after refusing them because I am pregnant. Which they then tried to get me to still do after I said no. They acted like it was an inconvenience. Definitely won’t return and the way this was handled was quite disturbing.

Had a great experience there today with Dr. Duang (not sure if I spelled it correctly) getting my fillings. She was so sweet, caring, gentle, and also quick. So glad I was able to schedule with them after the Mallard Creek location canceled my appt 30 minutes prior to my appointment time.

I should have listened to the reviews and stayed away however I just moved to the area and figured it would be easier to go to the dentist here instead of Traveling miles away to my old dentist. Long story short they took out a perfectly good crown and told me my insurance would pay for it. They took out my basically brand new crown and gave me a temporary. I get a phone call saying I owe 900 dollars because insurance wouldn’t pay. I told them I only agreed to the procedure because insurance would pay.
Well they basically said oh well and I need to pay the 900 dollars. This is so wrong morally and ethically. And what’s even sadder is they have no remorse. The basically scammed Me!!!
