Great staff! Honestly everyone in the office is pretty welcoming and easy to work with. This was my second time getting Braces here (first time was my fault as I lost my retainers) and the service was as good as the first time. Treatment was pretty clear by Dr. Prettyman, if I had to get braces once again I would easily choose this location.

We have only been there twice so far and have not started treatment. But I had to leave a review because I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced this with a business before. This place is AMAZING!! Dr. Prettyman is so nice and professional, he takes his time to explain everything and you feel like he really cares. The place is immaculate and very organized.
The staff there are incredible!! Each and every person we have come across has been kind, positive, courteous and smiley. Even people who didn’t need to interact with us, stopped to say hello and give a big smile. It feels so good to be there, the energy is amazing and I feel like my son is in excellent hands. Thank you for setting the bar so high for what a business should be like!! I will recommend you to everyone I know!!
