I had a fantastic experience at Preferred Dental ! They called me in right on time, which is rare and much appreciated. The hygienist Haneen was incredibly nice and professional, making the whole visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this office for their efficiency and excellent patient care!

I had a really great experience here. It’s always difficult starting a new patient process but they took in all of my medical records and reviewed them during appointment with me, verified insurance before appointment, and the wait wasn’t too long either so I really liked the appointments being true to time. The dentist was really honest and trustworthy. I liked how he walked in and asked what my complaint was first instead of just assuming and doing the usual X-rays and first appointment to dos before addressing the actual problem.

The front desk was very kind and understanding. I didn’t get the girls name at check out but she was amazing and on top of everything, even asked if I wanted to be squeezed in for a cleaning because of a cancellation. I was originally in for a crack in my molar, and left happy and satisfied with the work done and the office staff. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Preferred Dental for a long time now. The service is always friendly and efficient. I have had at least three different dental hygienists do my cleanings and all have been great. My recent visit was done by Haneen.

This was my first time getting a cleaning from her. She was not only friendly, but was quick and really helpful recommending different ways to properly keep my teeth in good shape.

Great dental office, the staff were very polite and professional, the front office ladies were attentive and friendly, and Andrea the teeth cleaner was the best, very sweet, professional and patient. She took great care when she realized how much phobia I have with dental procedures. Highly recommend.
