This dental service should be checked by the ADA(American Dental Association). I've seen and experience the flaws to this dental office. I came in on 9/30/18 for a cleaning and I left with pain I never had and I was grinding my teeth (something I never used to do). Had to take a day off work just to enter this horrible place.

I explained to the receptionist (the bald white skin, grey rugged man) and it seemed like he was annoyed by me. That didn't bother me because its my teeth that hurts, not his! Understand that mistakes happen and you MUST take the fall for it. That's the only reason why I didn't chose to be rude. I was treated with little respect.

The dentist's (which I'm guessing is mostly older spanish ladies) absolutely don't know what they're doing. I saw one cleaning multiple tools at once for patients with sink water with no care at all! You come for a cleaning and they'll get you for more of your insurance money or out of pocket! I will never recommend or step foot to this so called dentist office ever again!

I come here because of Rosie and Millie. I have been a patient of Dr. Ronald Fener’s office since I was young on Allerton Avenue and they moved. I recommend this office because Rosie does a good job and Millie is such an sweetheart.

I see some reviews complain of rudeness but you have to remember that this office is located in a not so great area and some patients are rude coming into an office before service. You cannot expect the same service when you come into an office nasty and want good service.

I’ve stopped going after a new fed tus cracked my front tooth and they tried to say is the tart smh! I felt it, then I asked if they can file it and Dr. Fener brother I forgot his name at the moment gave an attitude we don’t do cosmetic here my brother did it as a courtesy or gesture. So, basically they didn’t believe me, I tried going some where else but the old X-rays couldn’t be used to see the before and after. I was in the process of a few trips payed for already and didn’t have the time to take further actions on this matter. Since, Dr Fener past away through COVID things went upside down, hiring a bunch of graduates or students to mess up people’s mouth.

I shared before and after pictures Fenders brother, he let me take the little X-ray images but like I mentioned it didn’t work because it was to old since the cosmetic clinic were requiring a digital image instead. All I needed was a little filing from the advance professional. Every so often I take a Quick Look at my teeth because I don’t be having time with the trips, the new move, school, and kids, thinking back how they made it seem it was tart. Now, I’m settled in a new apartment and got the opportunity to go over things and share my experience. I have picked Plaza Dental since I was a kid when my mom’s used to go there.

But, after this I’m really suggesting everyone to be aware of the experience these people have. She probably did it on purpose for what I know.
