I have never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and horrible patient care from a dentist in my life. He negated that my son was in immense pain from a mouth infection with an abscess and even after calling Mr. Pfab back to let him know my son was crying, he belittled me on the phone saying I should have brought him in earlier if I new he was in this much pain. Please keep in my we literally just moved to the area (my husband is in the USAF, so we move around alot) and I got him in as fast as I could. . please, please if you are a parent, I would NOT take your children near this man. . I could never imagine being so dismissive to a child that was literally crying after taking around the clock motrin and tylenol. . he literally said "studies show that if you alternate between ibuprofen and extra strength tylenol then that is good enough for moderate to severe pain". .
. sorry Mr. Pfab, not all people respond the same to medication especially when they have an infected tooth with an abcess. . he just gave him an oral antibiotic and said he doesnt drain abscesses and to see an oral surgeon. . . . thanks alot. . never will go back here ever, and I would advise the same for anyone else who wants to go here.
. . think twice. . . your health or children's health is worth too much then to go to someone who truly doesnt care. . . . so disappointed.

My family has been going here for years and I recently moved to the area and wanted to see Dr. Pfab. After confirming my morning appointment, with Dr. Pfab, Sr, they later called back to say they'd made a mistake and I couldn't come then. I explained that it was no problem to reschedule at all, as I wasn't in a hurry, but I did need an early morning (8:30 is the earliest they have), or end of the day. After about 15 minutes, she finally agreed to a morning appointment, after I said any time between now and end end of the year, but wouldn't give me one with Dr.
Pfab, Sr. , which is who my original appointment was with. She said he was now not taking new appointments, that I could see his son or another dentist there. They are not willing to work with you on time at all, clearly they just want to fill mid day appointments, and push patients towards the new, just out of school, son. Very unprofessional.

First visit today and first time I have been to the dentist in 4 years due to my fear of dentistry. Long history of bad instances. Let me just say Dr. Pfab and his team are just flat awesome and I cannot thank them enough for the help. I will be setting up regular visits again.

I should have written this review years ago. It was Christmas eve and my nephew was jumping up and down from excitement and hit my chin and broke one of my teeth. We called Dr. Raika because I wanted to see how I should care for my tooth until the office was open again and could get it fixed.
She met me at the office on Christmas day and fixed my tooth. I have been going there ever since. They do a great job! What a blessing to have them in our community.
