Cannot say enough good things about Dr Herd’s office and her staff! I was referred to her by my dentist for a gum issue/operation and have was treated so well I really don’t want to go to any other perio or dentist! I’d you go somewhere else, you’re going to the wrong place.

Dr. Herd was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She relieved my discomfort giving me options & improved my quality of life again. I was nervous because of my chronic health problems but Dr. Herd helped me. Thank you from a senior patient!

I had a terrible experience today with Dr. Herd's hygienist, Liz. I came in for my appointment and she started using an ultrasound machine on me which was uncomfortable. I asked her to stop which she did and asked her to remove the tartar manually. She refused x 3. I then got up out of the chair and left the office.
She never asked why I wanted the cleaning to be done manually and furthermore did not call in Dr. Herd to talk to me. Dr. Herd has had a turnover in her office with dental hygienist; she has had good hygienist work in her office but her current hygienist, Liz is certainly not the best and is uncaring. She said "we don't have time to clean your teeth manually".

Dr. Sarah Herd is an amazing periodontist. She cares so much for her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. Dr. Herd is really rare because these days it's hard to find a medical professional that takes time to listen. She went out of her way to help our son find a doctor for his shoulder because she is so kind. We recommend her and her staff 100%.
