This is the best dentist I have ever been to. And up until Dr. Mahadi, I didn't like dentists but I do now. No anxiety before appointments. It's amazing

I'm not sure what's going on with the scheduling but I had an appointment for 9AM and received a text message at 7AM confirming that I had my appointment, but when I arrived was told it was "pushed to the side" since I didn't confirm my appointment the day before. If my appointment was moved the day before since I did not confirm it, it is very confusing as to why I received a confirmation text the day of stating I still had my appointment as recent as 2 hours before the appointment. The staff was professional and helpful in helping reschedule but it is a bit aggravating that I came out here for nothing when I received recent communication that I would be seen. Other than that, I had a great experience.
All of the staff is very welcoming and made me feel super comforted getting dental work done that I had never gotten before. I was very nervous, but everyone from the dental assistant, to the dentist, to the receptionist made it a really great experience.

I randomly picked the dentist online. Today was my first appointment. Everybody was so nice inviting and friendly. The dentist made sure I understood everything . I’m going to continue my dental care here. I absolutely would recommend the steps office 10 out of 10

This place is great. Hands down. No other word for it. Best dental facility I’ve ever had and I’m in my 50’s. I switched from another place and within the first 5 mins they gave me a tip that changed the way I clean my teeth and then set up with my insurance for deep cleaning which I never had before. Things I’ve been complaining about were fixed. My whole mouth feels so much better and my breath is so much better. They are great at what they do.
They do what is necessary because they know what is needed without jumping into painful procedures as the first line of treatment. Thank you 🙏 Perfect Dental. I’ve been to many many places. I’ve found a new home here. Highly highly recommend. Would give them 100 stars if I could.
