I used to be happy here. The last time we went the dentist seemed angry and annoyed at both myself and my daughter. Almost scolding us for everything and almost saying i need so much work done and my insurance doesn't cover anything. I felt like I had to force him to help me.

The staff was great tho. I'm looking for someone new because I just wasn't happy this last time I felt like he was just angry and we left feeling horrible.

I had been unhappy with the care of a local dentist for several months. I finally made the decision to see Dr Singh. I am so very happy I did !! He and the staff have been amazing !! Including fixing issues created by the other dentist. I have had 2 teeth extracted with implant bases placed , with minimal pain, and he was quick to send pain management home, so I would not be dealing with uncontrolled pain after leaving the office. Dr Singh explains everything and is very caring.

The staff has been wonderful. They are knowledgeable and friendly. It is a little further to travel but it is so worth it !! Don't wait like I did . Make the switch and get the dental care you deserve !!!

Was in for a cavity filling it went fine. They don’t listen to your concerns they kept telling me oh let’s wait 6 months and see how it is even though I was in excruciating pain. Dr Singh said himself that they didn’t fill the cavity all the way the first time and took care of it. My problem is he was sick while doing the procedure. I’m now sick. I asked the dental assistant if he was sick because I could hear him hacking and coughing in the back. Sure enough he was coughing and sniffling the whole appointment. She assured me he wasn’t sick.

Thanks. They also were supposed to put in a prior authorization for me weeks prior to the appointment for a night gaurd and I specifically asked the front desk worker if she wouldn’t mind doing that for me and she said of course no problem. Well she never did and said she knows for a fact it wouldn’t be approved and they don’t appeal rejected prior authorizations at Smilistic dental even though they have all my records and know I’m in severe pain. I explained the insurance company needs the prior to get the codes. I called back to see if she could put that in because my insurance company told me to ask for them to put it in to be told it won’t get approved and maybe I should find a different dentist. Maybe YOU should find a different job since you’re so condescending. I’ve never been spoken to so unprofessionally. Every time I’m there they try and push Invisalign and payment plans even though they tell me it’s purely cosmetic.

One thing I will say is Dr Singh was kind enough to offer a reduction on a mouth gaurd which I appreciated. Over all left a bad taste in my mouth no pun intended. They always ask for a review after every appointment so here you go. I really thought I found a good dentist office. But this last visit made me reconsider the care I’ve been receiving.

I went here for the "free" consultation and when I got there the receptionist asked if I had dental insurance, I told her yes and gave her my information and she said they would run my insurance and see what they will pay for. Because I needed a lot of crowns my insurance would not pay for them all at once and it would take me a couple of years to get them with the insurance. So I had to pay for my dental work out of my own pocket, after I already had paid for the whole dental work my insurance paid them for some of the work that I needed. They were supposed to take that amount that the insurance company paid for and reimburse me, because I already paid for the whole dental work that I needed. A couple of months later my front tooth came loose and he said he wanted to replace it with a implant and crown, so I checked my insurance and found out that they did get paid from my insurance company and never reimbursed me for the amount that the insurance company paid them for since I paid for them out of my own pocket. He took it as a bonus I guess because he tried to tell me that the insurance paid for some of the work and they took it off the bill. .

. . BUT they did not. . so with that being said if I never gave them my insurance information it would have been cheaper for me. They charged me and scammed my insurance company out of more money. .

. . . I definitely Do Not Recommend this dentist. . . He's a scam artist
