My nephews are treated in that office and it is very good, the Dr is very patient with the children and explains to the parents everything they have and what needs to be done to them, he is very professional in everything he does, he interacts with the children and in the end they leave happy and well cared for. I am very sorry for my opinion but I say what I did not like. The girl from D is always running because she is the same one who does the dental cleaning and above all, nothing professional, she does not even have ethics when dealing with the patient, how sad that made me! The other very bad thing is that the doctor DOES NOT HAVE PATIENCE WHEN A CHILD IS RESTLESS OUT OF FEAR, SOMETHING NORMAL FOR CHILDREN WHEN THEY GO TO THE DENTIST, it wasn't my son luckily but I was there looking at the panorama, and to conclude I have been waiting for three months for a call for a procedure that they had to do, by the way that day was a full afternoon for just a cleaning and it was bad as I said before, the truth is that I feel sorry for it but I don't recommend that. .

My God, how can there be dentists like this, they have the same person from the front desk to do the mouth cleanings, 1 year to do a treatment and it is always something if the doctor is not there, I had to go early and one loses hours of work, when I explained to the doctor that it was always something, he told me to go to another clinic, what a lack of education that is, he does not know the expenses one has and what one has.
Make sure to leave early, never go because the attention is terrible

This is an amazing dental office with wonderful personnel behind them. I took my daughter here after leaving another local dentist with my child in tears from a lack of tact from the dentist and their staff. At first I was nervous because I saw a review that said the doctor here was bad with children but that couldn't be further from the truth. He is an elderly gentleman who was extremely kind and patient with my daughter. My daughter started crying as soon as she walked in and the nurse and the Dr. Alvarez really did everything for my little girl that they could. I really felt so welcomed and cared for. The best experience either of us have had since moving to Miami in regards to a dentist. I also plan to come see this doctor in the future for my own treatment. I cannot recommend him enough. One thing I saw firsthand when I was there that left an impression on me was that in the room next to mine, there was a disabled patient getting treated. I heard the man start crying after his treatment and saw the doctor literally stop and hug the patient and console him. It was incredibly heartwarming to see and told me a lot about this doctor.
He cares for his patients and treats people with the same respect they treat him. If you come in here expecting to be treated like royalty when you don't have any manners of your own, don't bother coming. Saw the poor nurse have to deal with some clients screaming at her and it was a shame to see. The people here are wonderful and I will be coming here for life. THANK YOU, DR.
