We have been using this place for over 7 years and since the new owner took over we have came up with few issues. Contact the office today and apparently the person that does the billing is same person as office manager. At the time of the visit they run the insurance and they tell me that my part of the payment, so I pay them on that visit. About a month later I receive a bill from them for almost same amount and after calling them to resolve the issue, the office manager tells me that have paid in the office was just an Estimate. I have never heard such a BS.

With the previous owners, the price that they quoted us was the price we paid. But with the new owner I believe they are scamming customers and apparently they have no clue when you call them and ask them about the bill. They have done that to us 3 or 4 times already. Too bad there is no option of putting zero star.

Today I bought my little brother in for his cleaning and I was greeted at the front desk by a dark skin woman who had an attitude which originally put a bad taste in my mouth. When I walked in, I told her there was an appointment at 1:30pm and the first thing she said is “that’s a long time from now, we have a break”. I didn’t ask that and that’s not how you greet someone. The vibe that was given in that office today felt like no one wanted to work or working is a nuisance.

If people are coming there for a service and are misguided on what needs to be done for certain services, patience and guidance is should be offered. Not attitude because you’re hangry.

We Love Annette!!!!!She made my daughter feel comfortable the two times she came for a cleaning. She sat no problem. My daughter had her first dental xrays and Dr Lionel explained everything and unfortunately she has a cavity which is my fault. . .

Make sure you floss your kids teeth. I will update everyone after she gets her fill in . But it was a good experience and this place was recommended to me by a friend who brings her two daughters here.

I have no words to describe how grateful i am with every single person at these office, we had an amazing experience, the doctor and nurses was so patience with my son who was scare of course his first time at a dentist, everyone was so profesional, just amazing! I will be recommending them to whoever need a pediatric dental assistance, thank a lot guys keep up the good job! GBU!!!
