I cannot emphasize enough how impressed and delighted I was with this office, with Dr. Brown and his entire staff. From the initial appointment scheduling, the explanation of pricing and procedure, and the execution of the procedure by Dr. Brown himself - everything was so smoothly and professionally handled.

I had a fairly in-depth surgical repair of a childhood Root Canal and felt almost no discomfort during or afterwards. I was blown away and so appreciative - I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Fabulous experience for my 9 year old. Dr. Murphy was amazing & they were all so comforting to her. I’ve had many root canals & they were, by far, the best experience. If we ever need their services again, we will be back!

I have had the privilege of meeting Dr. Brown on three occasions (two different evaluations and one Root Canal procedure). After each encounter I felt ultra confident in my care plan, my anxieties and worries were eased, and my overall burden of stress lifted! Dr. Brown has a beautifully professional, yet so caring bedside manner - one I wish every medical professional could duplicate. I have never felt like just another patient with Dr.

Brown, but instead could tell he knew my history and remembered each precious encounter. He was thorough, gentle, and explained each step of the procedure during my root canal. I hope to not need his services in the future, but if I do, I am at ease knowing Dr. Brown will take care of it.

I don’t ever leave reviews on places, but this place is terrible, do not recommend to anyone, more specifically for root canals please avoid this place for anything to do with a root canals. “why?” you may ask, Dr.

Brown was very rude, told me to “stop talking” when i was trying to explain i wasn’t given enough numbing medication and i could still feel what they were doing, they finally gave me more after i repeated myself multiple times. They then made half of my tooth very flat and the other side very sharp, i’ve cut my tongue on it a few times, after the procedure everything seemed normal for the first 3-4 days, then after those few days passed i started getting this sharp pain in that same tooth they worked on and the pain shoots up into my ear, the tooth they worked on also has started to shift around and has rotated slightly and i cannot even eat anything on that side of my mouth without the tooth hurting or shifting around, i’ve been following all of the post hygienic procedures as they told me to follow exactly how they’re displayed and described on the paper i was provided, then a couple days before i was supposed to go see my main dentist to check up on the tooth, the Root Canal collapsed inward and has made bowl shape in the center of the tooth, and i now have to pay a whole other fee about the same price as the original root canal to fix what they did not properly do the first time, I will NEVER return here EVER again, terrible doctor, and terrible job.

The only upside to their office is their front desk staff and nursing staff are decently nice, other than that, just go somewhere else if you want a root canal done correctly.
