Very dismissive personnel. Don’t care to explain anything and don’t care if you have an emergency.i was a patient a few months ago Thought they may have changed. Find a dental office with humanity and compassion.

HORRIBLE!! Zero compassion and explains nothing!! He’ll just ramble off what needs to be done in YOUR mouth to the assistant and walk out. Felt extremely judged and not cared about at all!! Left with more questions than answers. DEFINITELY DO NOT GO HERE!!

As soon as I got to the dentist Dr Ilan had a serious attitude towards me. He was very aggressive and nasty. He asked if I'm from Monsey implying that people from Monsey don't brush there teeth myself included. This all took place before I even sat down in the chair. After taking images of my teeth he told me that my only realistic options are (implants with denters) which cost $50,000. or implants only at a price range of $100,000.
The cost of this makes it sound like I got money growing on a tree in my back yard. I had one tooth that was in tremendous pain that needed to be pulled. When I asked the Doctor if i should wait to pull the tooth because my mouth was swollen, Dr Ilan ignored what i said. not giving me any other options which gave me no choice but to proceed. Dr Ilan then gave me the anesthesia and right away without waiting for the anesthesia to kick in pulled out my tooth. I'm screaming from pain almost falling out of the chair.
When by medical rules and regulations you're supposed to wait 5 to 10 minutes till everything is numb. He's unprofessional does whatever he wants. If I had the time and energy, I would waste no time and shut him down for good. I feel bad for the receptionist and his assistant since they we're all very nice to me. If you ask me, I don't recommend this clinic. I never in my life had such a bad experience going to the dentist

I’m a published writer and life coach specializing in productivity, profitability, and tranquility. I sent Rachel Ilan (Thursday 6/26/25) a respectful, inspirational message (quoted below) from my educational program based on Jewish ethics (Pirkei Avot), which she shockingly interpreted as “inappropriate. ” Instead of simply unsubscribing or asking to be removed from my list—as many courteous people do—she chose to slander me to my wife, interfering in my personal life and causing serious Shalom Bayit (peace in the home) issues. Rachel Ilan has received multiple informative texts about my successful endeavors without complaint—until this message about personal growth and respect struck a nerve. Her reaction appears rooted in jealousy, as I’ve found success in: dental office consulting services/art, fashion, and culinary ventures she once aspired to but never built. Worse, she owes $100,000 in unpaid fees for years of dental office consulting advice she solicited and used—without ever compensating me or my consultants. That’s theft of services, plain and simple. Rachel Ilan is now being sued for: • Slander ($100,000) • Unpaid consulting services ($100,000) My team reserves the right to protest outside her office / home - in the street - with signage about this unethical conduct. It’s well documented in the negative Google reviews that numerous unhappy patients voiced concerns about her & her husband’s reputation as a heavy-handed dentist. This review is part of a broader effort to inform the public about the toxicity and disrespect I’ve encountered. The “offensive” text that triggered this drama is included below, so you can judge for yourself: TEXT SENT TO RACHEL ILAN: Rachel: Apply these principles for mental tranquility and increasing your bottom line to every human interaction. See below. Thank you. Good luck. I. The Seven Principles (Pirkei Avot 5:7) 1. Do not speak in front of someone who is greater than you in wisdom. Speaking before someone more experienced shows arrogance. You block your own growth by not listening. Respect creates space for wisdom to enter. 2. Do not interrupt others.
Interrupting is disrespectful and says: “My voice matters more. ” It breaks communication and causes tension. It’s especially damaging when done to children, grandchildren, or teachers. 3. Do not rush to answer. Quick answers often come from ego, not thoughtfulness. Wisdom requires patience. Rushing leads to confusion or disrespect. 4. Ask questions that are relevant to the topic. Going off-topic shows lack of focus. It confuses the conversation and disrespects others’ time. Staying on topic shows maturity and discipline. 5. Answer in order—first questions first. Skipping questions is like ignoring someone’s mind. It implies you only care about your own thoughts. Show respect by answering what was actually asked, in order. 6. Admit when you don’t know something. Admitting ignorance is a sign of strength, not weakness. Arrogance says: “I know everything.
” Humility says: “I’m willing to learn. ” Growth begins with honesty. 7. Acknowledge the truth. Even when it hurts your pride. Even if the truth came from someone else. Truth belongs to God, not to ego. Bless it—don’t fight it. II. The Consequences A. If You Break These Principles: You lose respect. You damage relationships. You block your own blessings. People stop listening and sharing. You become isolated—by your own actions. B. If You Follow These Principles: You gain peace. You gain wisdom. You gain real connection. Apply these principles for friends, family, and business—and increase your money! A letter of apology from Rachel Ilan is expected. Thank you.
