Very frustrating and odd/unprofessional experience. I was referred to Hindin Center by my myofunctional therapist. I called ahead to make a consult and the receptionist suggested I send over my records and info so that the doctor could review to make sure I would be a candidate for her ortho work. I never heard back. For weeks. I calmly followed up four times by phone and kept being told someone would call me back. Nobody did. On the fifth time I called in, four weeks after sending my stuff, someone called me back and informed me that the Dr "could not help me/ I am not a candidate for orthodontics".

I was bummed but understood and asked if I could know why so that I could report it back to my myotherapist. I was told someone would call me back. And as you can imagine, nobody did. Instead, a week later I get an email from a Howard Hindin saying that "Dr Meyer is not excepting new patients. " Misspelling "accepting" for one strikes me as odd from a doctor BUT also. . . what? I was told I wasn't a candidate and asked for info so I could know why.

And then was sloppily told she wasn't "excepting" new patients. A waste of a month of my time. And my myofunctional therapist will no longer be referring to them because of how they treated me. PS. Another Orthodontist that I just saw said he can't see why I would be told I am not a candidate. Don't waste people's time--it's all we have.

I went to Dr. Jill for clear correct and she was so professional, kind and went out of her way to make my aligners as comfortable as possible. I absolutely loved the outcome and so happy I did clear correct, but the aligners caused some tension in my jaw that Dr Jill alleviated by manually adjusting them and shaving down the last molar tooth which really helped.

Highly recommend you do this for the aligners in the final stages and the retainer. Thanks dr Jill !

I have been a patient at The Hindin Center for more than 20 years, and there's a reason for that - THEY ARE THE BEST. Jeff is an absolutely wonderful dentist: he is kind, friendly, patient, and does everything to make each visit pleasant and pain-free. He always answers all of my questions and explains everything. Neysa is an absolutely amazing dental hygienist, and there is no one else I would trust to clean my teeth. She is so meticulous with everything that she does, and leaves my teeth sparkly clean.

I have this team of wonderful professionals to thank for my wonderful, healthy smile and gums. They take pride in their work and are always super gentle, meticulous, and so patient. I used to despise going to the dentist as a kid because I never had good dental experiences in the past, until I came to the Hindin Center. Thanks to their entire team, I now look forward to going to the dentist!
