I have been using Doctor Steven Kottke since 2016. He has always been polite and knowledgeable with me. He explains in detail what dental issues he finds and how he can restore my teeth. He always asked for my input and any questions or concerns I may have had. His dental work has been top-notch, and I have been delighted with his services.
My experience with Midwest Dental has been outstanding. The receptionists, Dental Assistants, and Dental hygienists have been exceptional. The dental stations are always clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend their services.

We're relatively new to Duluth-Superior. I'm on Day 4 of a Painful and Miserable Abscessed Tooth. Spending 2 days being rejected by several dental offices ( "No openings", "We don't accept your insurance", "You'll need an appointment. . . "). The pleasant MIDWEST receptionist said, "Can you come in right now?" . .
. YES! From the Recption Staff, to Dental Hygienists, to Dr Aust : FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT and COMPASSIONATE. The office staff even contacted my Dental insurance company! The atmosphere is upbeat. . . there was even laughter from patients, children and staff during interactions. (Certainly not like most morgue-like Dental Offices!) Further, they even worked past business hours in order to ensure my comfort and even made arrangements for me to see a Specialist. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIDWEST DENTAL!

I had a deep cleaning procedure done at Midwest Dental. I was apprehensive about this, but my new hygienist talked with me and helped me to feel calm and relaxed. I am pleased to report that the procedure is completed and it went well. ❤️
