My daughter had an appointment today with Dr. Robby and Adrianna. Going in I was very nervous because we have always had Dr. Berry and change is hard. I also have some dentist ptsd and know that one bad experience can change your outlook forever.

Andrianna and Dr. Robby immediately put my anxiety at ease, answered all my questions, and were so kind. Adrianna showed my daughter (6) all the tools and how they worked so she wouldn’t be nervous once they started. They talked to her throughout the whole treatment and she left smiling and laughing!! 10/10

Our experience at Panhandle Pediatric Dentistry with Dr. Patrick Johnson was exceptional. He made our daughter’s visit comfortable and anxiety-free, explaining procedures in a way that was both reassuring and engaging.

His patience and expertise shone through, leaving her smiling and looking forward to her next appointment. We're truly grateful for his outstanding care and highly recommend him to any parent seeking a compassionate and skilled pediatric dentist.

I loved this office for my boys prior to our surgical experience. Or should I say, almost surgical experience. My 8 and 6 year old was scheduled at 9 am. Nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night prior. So of course they eat dinner and go to bed. No breakfast or snacks, and not allowed to have water either. We sat at the surgical center for TWO HOURS and never got called back.

By 11:15 I decided that was enough. I had very irritable children, hungry bored thirsty. (Watching door dash come in and out didn’t help the situation) I told the front desk I would like to reschedule and they instructed me to call the dentist office. This was on a friday, we left and I decided I’d call Monday morning. By the following Monday I had received a discharge paper for being noncompliant? But have my young children wait over two hours past their scheduled time is compliant? I don’t recommend this office nor the surgery center.

If I could give a 10 star I would, we had a dental emergency out of town on vacation and the staff worked us in to their schedule with a smile on their face. All staff was polite and very efficient getting us in and out. Dentist we met with was also very kind and was great with our son. If they were local to us they would be our family dentist for sure. Thanks again for your help.
