Very tricky prices. They quoted one price for a job and on the very second appointment they added a cost for something that was supposed to be included since beginning. My hubby has paid $900 for a job of $725 (root canal job that should includes filling). Dentist is excellent one , but they manage prices in a weird way.

I came here when i was a teenager and always waited far longer than necessary. I stopped coming after I turned 25. Now 30 I gave this place another chance and once again feel the wait was too long. Whether you’re on time or not the wait will always be 45 plus minutes.

On top of that I came 15 mins late to my 4:00 app there was one person waiting that had his app was at 4:30 they called him in first I was fine with that cause i was late, another person comes in after me and after I waited a whole hour he got called in before me. I’m surprised this place still has patients. Any of the positive comments are from the employees themselves and their family members. Trust me this place is not worth going to save your time.

I waited from 4:15 until 6:00 only reason i waited was because I needed my cavities filled after a “consultation” the doctor left and someone else cane in and told me we’d have to make 2 separate appointments for my cavities to get sealed and my cleaning, I made the appointment out of curtesy but i will not be going back. in the end i waited 2 hours for them too seat me check my teeth and have me leave. i do not recommend this office to anyone.

At first I was very pleased with there customer service skills and was impressed that they took me in ASAP when I called them only to find out if they accept my Medicaid .

Until today I had an appointment today at 3pm and they change my schedule with out consulting with me I understand the doctor wouldn’t be in but the way she spoke to me & said I’m the owner of the office like if her power would calm me down once she spoke to me in a rudely way !!!! The way she spoke to me in a non human manner is NOT acceptable save your time & find yourself another dentist who will respect and y’all to you the way you deserve ! Customer service went from 100 to 0 !!!! I have zero problems changing my dentist and that’s what I’ll do !!!

This place is truly amazing, awesome hardworking staff with affordable prices. The quality of work is outstanding as well. They always try to help and communicate with you in anyway they can. They are also very profesional in everything they do and very kind as well. Thanks to them I am no longer afraid of the Dentist. Thank you Pan American Dental clinic.
