Not friendly, except for one lady, specially considering that I am paying over $5k. My son had to wait for the doctor for 15 minutes with braces in place and mouth open, extremely uncomfortable. When I asked when the doctor was coming the technician had no clue. The doctor didn’t even apologize for the wait.
They need to do a better job scheduling first time appointments. If I am late I will be charged, but what about making us wait? Do I get a refund? An apologize would be the respectful thing to do, our time is as valuable as her time.

The dentist didn't even have scrubs on. They quoted me. Price was OK but we didn't go with them. I had to call them multiple times to unsubscribe from their emails as there's no link. And I'm still getting the emails! Almost to a point of harrasment.

I cannot recommend this orthodontist enough! From the very first appointment, I felt completely taken care of and heard — something I never experienced with my old orthodontist. The whole team is so kind, professional, and genuinely invested in my treatment. I’m already seeing a difference in my smile and it makes me so excited for the final results.
I used to dread ortho visits, but now I actually look forward to them. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!
