What are people saying about dental clinics near E 14th St, Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma?

This is a review for dental clinics near E 14th St, Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma:

I have bern hoing here for yhevlast 2 years. The service has always been amazing with friendly staff and they do a great job. I recommend them to anyone i know needing dental work.

Update: I received a letter in the mail today that Dr. Bratton can no longer be my dental provider. It states that he will be available for emergency dental care until Jan. 6, 2024. Haha! The one and only time I needed emergency care; I needed sealant replaced on the back of my lower front tooth, it took me three months to get an appointment. After two appointments because the first "dentist" at his office fixed it and it broke in three days. The second dentist did fix it and it has held up to date. My issue is: Why would you not call your patient and ask what is wrong? You just "fire" them? Word of mouth means more than any review. This office keeps treating patients like they are replaceable and the word will get out. You can quickly go from the "Best Dentist" to nothing, you need to remember that. No loss here, I have a local respectable dentist for my teeth. I can find a new dentist but this is your lively hood. Patients pay your bills and they deserve just a little respect. I have been using Dr. Bratton since I came back to Oklahoma almost five years ago. I was highly impressed when I first starting using this dentist. Over the past two years customer service and care have decreased drastically. Like most people my Delta Dental allows cleanings every six months. About a year and half ago Dr. Bratton became too busy and my regular cleanings were scheduled out at nine months! Well, today I went in for my cleaning. The receptionist said she could not get ahold of my insurance company to verify my benefits, even though I heard her on the phone giving someone my ssn. I explained to her I was not the subscriber that she needed to use my spouse's ssn and dob. Instead of calling them again she informed me I needed to call my spouse's employer (human resource department) and have them send over verification of benefits. What? First of all you do not wait until five minutes prior to my appointment to verify my benefits. Second, you do not ask your patient to do your job after I sat waiting in the lobby because you needed to gather yourself after a break. I have been a nurse for 25 years and would never ask my patient to do my job for me. I have had the same insurance since my first visit. Nothing has changed on my end. I told her to cancel my appointment and I would find a new dentist. She quickly said ok and turned and walked away. I have a new dentist as of today. It will be several months before I can be seen but at least I was shown respect while setting up my new patient appointment. This business is overrated for the service they provide.
