Oasis Pediatric dental care is a godsend for parents of kids with dental anxiety! My 6-year-old used to scream at the mention of the dentist, but now he begs to go—thanks to their jungle-themed office, video games in the waiting room, and Dr. Patel’s magic with kids. She turns cleanings into “adventures” and explains things in silly terms he understands.

The orthodontist here is great too; my 12-year-old just got Braces and loves picking out colorful bands. The staff is endlessly patient, never rushing, and they send fun reminder texts with cartoon characters. Finally, a dental place where kids feel safe and excited to care for their teeth!

Two front desk stuff was very rude, mannerless girls . Instead of charging me each month charged me for 5 months and Lying arguing about they sent me emails and called me .

I never received any call or text or email … when I try to show them they said rudely I deleted it … why would I do that…I paid $1120 right away …I hate when people lie and put blame on others for their incompetence. I go there for my daughter brases every 60 days and she broke her brases couple of time last month and also last month both my daughters went there for regular check up …after 4-5 visits in last two month they are suddenly reminding about last 5 month payment…I am regranting going there don’t waste your time and money over such low grade service

Scheduling was easy, the people were polite and the facility was really nice! The hygienists and dentist explained everything they were doing and asked my kids their permission before adjusting them. We were all at ease and I think my kids actually had fun. In addition they had accommodated two appointments at the same time which saved me time.

Dealing with Oasis Pediatric dental care & Orthodontics has been nothing short of a headache. Every time we visit, we're given different instructions, and we never receive any correspondence by mail. After this final experience, we've decided to move on. They left a message on my partner's phone at the end of the day, leaving us no time to call back and resolve an outstanding issue before our early morning appointment the next day. I tried to return the call to leave a message, but once again, the voicemail was not set up.

We arrived in the morning, were informed about a balance, and weren't provided any information regarding the bill's purpose. When we requested an itemized report, as we had received nothing in the mail, the front desk worker spent 10 minutes in the printer/fax room gossiping about the situation and didn't even return with the itemized report. Instead, she brought a colleague who also failed to provide any useful information to resolve the issue. Rather than acknowledging their oversight in not addressing the account from one of the five visits last year—visits during which I would check out and confirm everything was settled—they confronted us with an ultimatum and accusatory tone. This was incredibly unprofessional; they created problems instead of solving them.

The entire situation could have been resolved more amicably had they promptly addressed the denied claims, which would have indicated that my new insurance information wasn't saved in their system. I also had to return to the office after thinking we were finished, as the first useless piece of paper they provided wasn't the itemized report. I had to go back in to get them to perform the actual task they claimed to be doing. Absolutely a waste of time and incredibly frustrating.
