I came from an extremely large Dentist, so the difference is absolutely night and day. They remember me and little bits about me every time I walk in, which makes me feel very good and it makes me wanna go back. The dentist herself does everything there, including answering phones and they will respond via text so it’s really convenient.
When you’re a new client, you get an entire goodie bag consisting of a shirt and Oral B electric toothbrush etc. So far I’ve been extremely impressed with how communicative they’ve been and they’ve really taken the time to explain the bill and they’ve explained the procedures.

I like this dental office because I never have a long wait to be seen and the staff is both efficient and understanding. I appreciate the dental hygienist, Nicole, who cleans my teeth; she is excellent! Dr. Herring is superb. She takes a proactive approach to keeping my teeth healthy without pressuring me to have cosmetic work.

Dr. Herring and her staff are wonderful. They are incredibly thorough in service and care while making my experience comfortable and enjoyable. Dr Herring has such a calm, generous, and kind demeanor about her that really put me at ease. Nicole, the dental hygienist, and Sandy, dental assistant, echo Dr Herrings demeanor.
They are so easy and fun to talk to and they made the actual cleaning quick and painless. I am so shocked I lucked out with such a wonderful dental office. It’s so rare to find a practitioner who is exceptionally qualified AND has wonderful bed side manner but Dr Herring and her staff have both. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
