The worst dental experience I have ever had. I’m shocked that this place has above a 1 star rating. I was in for a routine cleaning, but 2 hours and 300+ later I was told I had several cavities and needed a referral for a possible root canal. Never in my life have I had such poor service, with no explanation along the way. I feel like everything here is done for a money grab.

I go to the dentist regularly and have never been charged such an outrageous amount without any explanation whatsoever. Be very careful if you are considering going here. Make sure you ask about each and every test if you are considering going there.

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who thinks this was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever Ever ever had. Upon my initial visit, I had thought I was gonna get a cleaning that day… But instead, all they did was take x-rays and tell me a plan of action instead of doing anything that day… And I’m still charged just for a consultation and x-rays essentially. I knew I had one problematic tooth, but suddenly they tell me that I have four Different cavities Which I couldn’t see anything on Two of them. . So just proceeded to get fillings In one of my molars, Since the previous filling had disappeared.

I kid you not one of the most traumatic Anesthesia injections I’ve ever experienced from a dentist. Not only did it take four different needles, After each poke, the dentist grabbed my cheek and rapidly thrashed it back and Forth — I can understand why, because they wanted the medication to spread - But it was just an overly violent movement and it hurt, But of course, you can’t say anything in the moment because They’re just trying to get the medication to spread. I’ve never had a dentist treat me like that or Try to spread the anesthesia in such a manner. I absolutely hated My experience from the start just because of that. I paid the quote which was 139 for the visit.

And now two months later, I’m getting text messages saying I owe an additional 230 For the same visit, for God knows what reason. I mean it when I say this, go anywhere else. You will be so glad you did and not have to deal with the experience That I had.

I recently visited Ideal Dental Morrisville, and I must say it was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s why: Unnecessary Treatment: After taking X-rays, the staff insisted I needed fillings and proceeded to perform treatments that I now believe were unnecessary. One of my upper teeth, which was in good condition before the visit, has since started swelling and causing severe pain due to their intervention. Lack of Professionalism: The doctors were impatient and unfriendly, making the entire experience uncomfortable. They did not provide any clear suggestions or explain the procedures they were performing.

Neglect of Patient Care: There was no focus on addressing my actual concerns or ensuring that I understood what was being done. Instead, it felt like they were rushing through the treatment without proper consideration of my dental health. As a result of this visit, I am now dealing with unnecessary pain and additional dental problems that I didn’t have before. This has left me extremely dissatisfied and concerned about their practices. I am currently considering filing a formal complaint and taking legal action against this clinic for negligence and unnecessary treatment that caused me physical pain and additional medical expenses.

I strongly recommend others to carefully evaluate their options before visiting this clinic. Patient care should always come first, and unfortunately, I did not experience that here.

This was my first visit. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating! Dr Erica Graham, is my dentist. She is very thorough, gentle while working in my mouth, explained every step of what she doing. I am very happy with Ideal Dental and would refer them to anyone seeking a professional environment, friendly staff and a very knowledgable dentist!
