Dr Chris Thompson was outstanding in doing my Root Canal. Explained every step in the procedure And x ray showed excellent work. My dentist was very impressed with the job he had done. The root canal was quite pain free and a fairly comfortable experience. Will definitely ask for Dr Thompson if I ever need another one. I will recommend him to my friends.

Would be a lower rating if google would let me. The office staff is, at best, incompetent. We had some treatment scheduled and the office staff called and said that our dental plan was pediatric only. This is odd because there are no children on the plan. I called our insurance provider and they confirmed that our plan was not a pediatric plan. I had the insurance company call the Northcoast Endodontic "Specialists" office and confirm this fact while I was on the phone with them.

Two weeks later when calling to confirm the appointment, the office staff stated again that our insurance plan was pediatric only even after being told by the insurance provider directly that was not the case. Needless to say the appointment was canceled. I will find a reputable organization to have this work done. I would suggest anyone else do the same.

Just had the most shockingly rude experience that I have ever had happen from a medical office or business. I have been sick for a full month with a cough and cold. So my original appointment was rescheduled, then last week my son was diagnosed with RSV, everyone in our house was considered highly contagious so I rescheduled again. When calling today to inform them that I was diagnosed with pneumonia last night (After they had closed) and assumed I should reschedule my appointment one last time, I was rudely told my appointment was being cancelled (by them) and I was no longer welcome to be a patient in their office.

After persisting that I would still come in although I am sick and have documentation from my doctor. I was told abruptly that they would ask my dentist to refer me to a different office and then hung up. This has been an incredible frustrating experience. We have been though hell medically over the last month as a family, and to be treated so rudely as someone who is trying to be responsible and not further spread germs and disease.

I am still in shock over the way I was treated. I hope this message reaches the right people and they seriously review their customer service standards with the people working in reception.
