Cross Creek Family dental truly lives up to its name—they treat your whole family like their own. My wife, kids, and I have been patients for 3 years, and every visit feels like catching up with friends. The office is cozy with a fireplace in the waiting area, making even early-morning appointments nice. Dr. Bailey is a pro with kids; he let my 5-year-old “examine” his stuffed animal first, turning her checkup into fun.
For my recent crown, he explained each step and checked in to ensure I was comfortable. The hygienists remember our preferences, from my wife’s sensitivity to mint to my son’s love of superhero toothbrushes. They work with insurance, offer flexible scheduling, and even sent a get-well card when my daughter had a toothache. A practice that cares—we’re sticking with them.

Jay Dunlap is more than shady, ...he gave a bogus insurance card with no dental coverage , which is essentially fraud.

This dentist is a fake and fraud! I asked him for his name so I could check with insurance. He wouldn’t give it to me said he had several dentists in the office. Well I found out he was the only one and I said oh you have several dentists and he goes oh ok goodbye and hung up on me. Be very careful. Looked him up here is has lost his license in other states. What a quack.
