I called Alex at at NC Oral Surgery and orthopedist after complaining of a really bad toothache. She and the staff were able to get me in the same day for a consultation and to have my tooth extracted!! The pricing was very fair and I was even able to qualify for a payment program, even with fair to bad credit. this place was amazing each staff member was totally professional and very helpful throughout this process.

I would like to say thanks again to Alex who made all this possible into the whole staff. I would highly recommend them if you’re having any dental issues. !!

Alex Is Truly an Angel — A Life-Changing Experience I don’t even have the words to fully express how incredible Alex at North Carolina Oral Surgery + Orthodontics is. I live four hours away, and my daughter — a college student — was in excruciating pain and needed emergency oral surgery. I called several places, and sadly, most people acted like they didn’t care. But the moment I spoke to Alex, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief. She genuinely cared, and I could hear it in her voice. Alex treated my situation like it was her own family. She returned my calls quickly, walked me through every option, answered every question with patience and compassion, and stayed in touch without me even having to ask. I have never met her in person, but she treated me like I mattered — and more importantly, she made sure my daughter felt safe and cared for.

When my daughter arrived for her surgery, she told me, “Mommy, Alex was so kind to me. She made me feel so comfortable — and she didn’t leave my side like she promised until I was finished. ” That one sentence brought me to tears. As a mother who couldn’t physically be there, I was heartbroken and anxious — but Alex gave me peace and made sure my baby was never alone. My daughter also shared that everyone in the office was incredibly kind, and she especially mentioned how wonderful Dr. Paul Geunes, DMD was. She said he made her feel calm and comfortable through the entire process. That means everything to a mom who can’t be there in person.

Thanks to Alex — and the amazing team — this will absolutely be my daughter’s go-to office for as long as she’s in the area. Alex is the reason we trust this office completely. She is a rare gem, a true angel, and someone who changed our lives in the middle of a very stressful situation. Alex, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’re more than just good at your job — you’re a blessing.

Everyone was super helpful especially Alex. I was able to be seen within 48 hours for a consultation for my wisdom teeth removed and she was able to break down all potential expenses with and without insurance. When the time came to schedule my actual surgery, once again it was scheduled within 48 hours. Amazing office. Very friendly and welcoming.
