What are people saying about dental clinics near Staten Island, Richmond County, New York?

This is a review for dental clinics near Staten Island, Richmond County, New York:

These people are such crooks don't bother going to them. They do terrible work and overcharge you for everything even things you don't even need done. Do not let them touch your teeth!! One day I came to my appointment as they told me I needed yet another fill in done. Once I got there the dentist started to look in my mouth and after almost 3 minutes of digging around in my mouth he tells me he doesn't see where I'm supposed to have a fill in done. He leaves to look at the xrays almost 25 minutes later he comes back with his mouth full of his tuna fish sandwich he tells me he looked at my xrays and doesn't see anything needs to be done but he didn't want me to be there for no reason so he would take another look and see if anything needs fixing. He did a fill in on a tooth that did not need it!!!! Also not even 2 weeks went by after having a root canal done by them my post fell out and I almost choked on it while eating. I didn't know how terrible the work they had done to me really was until I went to my new Dentist Dr Justin Schussheim on Todt Hill Rd he's been absolutely great fixing all of the work Eldridge had done to me and my teeth. And everybody in Dr. Schussheim's office has been not only professional but very courteous and actually very nice, nothing like Eldridge with all the Older Russian women looking directly at you while they talk $#it about you!! If I could rate them with no stars I would!

Rude, unprofessional staff with a disdain for the customers they're supposed to be servicing. Have you ever wanted to be ignored in a dental office while the employees watch TV and talk amongst themselves? Then when the reception staff does acknowledge you, they treat you as if you're bothering them? Come down to Eldridge where customer service is the last thing on the reception staff's agenda. I will say that the actual dentist is a professional but that reception staff should be retrained on how to deal with the public.
