Dr. Nataly Santos has hands like an angel. I have been to many dentist offices and it always seems to be painful and costly. She worked on my mouth in a matter of an hour, pain-free rather than other dentist office. Her staff and herself are pleasant and understanding. So glad I was recommended to this office by a friend, I had such a horrible experience at another dental clinic in Hialeah. I tried to get my cavities done at the other office with my insurance and after 3 appointments for just cleanings and x-rays it turned out they didn’t take my insurance and they wanted to charge me.

I was able to do all 3 cavaties at New Era Dental in one shot. Great customer servicr from everyone!

I’m giving a one star because it isn’t the doctors fault. I called front desk last Thursday to confirm an appointment because they didn’t call me at all which they always are supposed to do. They told me it was next Friday without telling me anything about the time, only that the appointment was Friday.

When I get there this Friday at 12:40 PM they tell me the appointment was set for 2 without telling me anything. And now apparently I have to leave because we don’t value our clients time and the hygienist is with someone and needs to have lunch at 1-2.

Staff is professional, kind and attentive. They take their time to explain the process of your treatment with great detail. The dentist, Dr Lopez is extremely professional and has a wonderful personality. Patient and kind. The location has plenty of parking. They go to great lengths to assure all the Covid-19 protocols are met for your visit. Highly recommend. Thank you Era Dental Staff!
