Please note this was a few years ago. I had great hopes of Dr Escoto helping with TMJ, he seemed eager to help then things took a turn. I will say he had a friendly front desk manager and additional staff. I spent over 5k for a dated appliance, didn't work.

Not only did he continuously overcharge me, but then when I switched to another specialist he refused to give me copies of my charts with detailed explanations of treatment plan and cost. When I called office pleading to get my records, the front desk assistant suggested I flirt with him to get what I wanted. Do NOT waste your time here!

I suffered a very traumatic TMJ injury in late August of 2023. For 2 weeks I was in the most excruciating pain of my life. I was completely bypassed by other providers. Even after telling them I had suffered from facial trauma. These providers were trying to treat me for a ear infection there was never an infection. Thankfully my dentist listened to me and referred me to Dr. Escoto. He and his staff are phenomenal. I was seen the same day as a walk-in patient.

Shirley saw how hurt, scared, and frustrated I was after 2 weeks of getting nowhere with the other providers. She assured me that I was in the best hands and I truly was. I appreciate Dr. Escoto and his team for helping me in my time of need. My healing journey from this injury has not been an easy one but I am getting there. I did have a few follow-up visits with Dr. Escoto but it has been a while since my last one. I plan on scheduling another visit with him real soon.
