The dentist is great my root canal didn’t hurt much however every single time I have gone - 4 times in 2 months- my wait is always . With no updates from staff unless you ask. While they are very polite, I only have one off day and constantly having to push around the rest of my appointments and errands because of lack of scheduling competency is not okay.

There should not be more than one person being scheduled for the same time if there is only one dentist.

I highly recommend this dentist office, along with Dr. Khalid and his staff. They make you feel at ease during procedures. I had a positive experience at my recent dental checkup/ procedure. The dentist was thorough and ensured my comfort throughout the visit.

The staff was kind and attentive, and the clinic was well-maintained. I left feeling confident in my dental care and well-informed. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I had a terrible experience here. I scheduled a cleaning for 11:30am and when I arrived I was seen to only do an X- Ray. The lady who did my X- Ray was very rough with me and I almost threw up because of how harsh she was placing the gauge in my mouth. I asked her if she can be more gentle please. After that, I was preparing myself to do my cleaning and all the doctor did was look at my teeth with a hand tool and proceeded to say I can schedule my visit for a cleaning. I was confused because I booked a cleaning but they stated they could not do it because their machines were not working.

I understand things happen but I would’ve much appreciated a call prior to my appointment being that I traveled from so far to be seen. They did not seem to care about the inconvenience which made me felt unseen. I could’ve made an appointment elsewhere to receive the care I needed. I will not be coming back.

I literally just left "My Dentist" it was my first dental appointment there. I was off from work today. That's one of the reasons I made the appointment. My appointment was at 2 pm. I arrived at 1:45, giving myself the opportunity to fill out paperwork. The office had two other patients there when I walked in. This office is also occupied with an optometrist. The office is clean and tidy.

There was a very professional young lady at the front desk who took my information. I was finally called in for ex-rays. The series was done. After that, I was visited by the hygienist, and she asked me if I were in any pain, I told her no, but my tooth was cracked. She told me that the doctor would be in soon. Once he had arrived, he told me what he found, and he could extract the tooth. He explained that there had been an infection, and he put me on antibiotics and painkillers. Two or three different painkilling needles, and the tooth came right out.

O highly recommended this office for dental services if needed. Address 9516 Church Ave Brooklyn NY. Thank you all! I'm at home resting. Total wait and procedure time 1 1/2 hours. Dr. Khalid, great job!
