I have been a patient at this dentist office for four years, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend their services due to the concerning shift in their approach. Over the last two years, my experience has deteriorated significantly, mainly due to the constant pressure to upsell me to Invisalign treatment. Despite clearly stating my disinterest in Invisalign on multiple previous occasions, the staff continued to push the treatment aggressively. Yesterday, during a routine cleaning, the hygienist crossed a line by asking if my reluctance towards Invisalign was simply due to laziness. This insensitive and unprofessional comment was completely uncalled for and left me shocked.

If it hadn't been for the fact that I was mid-treatment, I would have left immediately. Shortly after, the dentist came in to review everything. They both went as far as making exaggerated claims about potential bone loss and tooth loss if I didn't opt for Invisalign. To be clear, my teeth are not perfectly straight but they certainly appear to be unless you look closely. The shift towards a pushy and sales-driven approach can only be explained by some sort of Invisalign sales quota.

The lack of respect for my decisions and the apparent prioritization of upselling treatments over patient care is deeply disappointing. I will be seeking dental care elsewhere moving forward. I am unsure how they can have a 4+ star rating on google as I find it hard to believe that I am the only person feeling the constant pressure to receive a treatment that would be for cosmetic purposes at best. Perhaps the 2 star rating on Yelp is more accurate.

Great office, everyone I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable. I had not been to a dentist in a long time and was very anxious about getting a check up but they made me feel very comfortable. The services are very affordable even if you don’t have insurance and I appreciate that they give you multiple treatment options with quotes before proceeding.

Also, the hygienist that cleaned my teeth left me a brand new mouth! Couldn’t believe how white they looked after just one cleaning. Will definitely be returning!!

Soul Mind

My names Javier and I went to Dr. Barrreto about 3-4 years ago for a complete mouth restoration. My teeth were in horrible state. I had and needed it all (root canals, extractions, implants, veneers). I was referred to Dr Barrett's by a good friend of mine who also had extensive work done.

Upon meeting the staff from the first greet I knew I was in the right place. Dr Baretto interviewed me in a room that showed all of his degrees and certifications that made up all the walls of this large room and after speaking to him he put my nerves to rest. After agreeing to the 6 month procedure(yup it was extensive!!) my nerves built up again just not knowing what to expect. His staff was extremely professional and friendly they helped calm my nerves and after the first few visits my shakes were completely gone! I left my last visit fully satisfied with my results and happy to start a new life with my brand new smile! Thank you!!!
