Took my daughter her for her first dentist visit. She is a baby and has special needs so to be honest I was very nervous. From the second we arrived the staff was friendly and so welcoming. The office was clean and run efficiently. Everything went well the Dr was friendly and explained everything. Also bilingual which is nice in case my parents need to take her to her visit.

This location is amazing. They take their time and make it as comfortable as possible. From the doctor to the rest of the staff. My son requires more patience and they are always attentive and works with him. 10/10

I’m very happy with current outcome of my Invisalign treatment. I have been treated very professionally by everyone involved, including Dr Vargas. I would highly recommend this office. I my only complaint, is that they perform adult, general dentistry. Hopefully, in the future.

When I wanted to call to reschedule it took me weeks to someone answer the phone, I left a message on the machine and never got a call back, I had to call the office every day for a week at different times so finally I got someone answer. I reschedule the appointment and asked if the insurance was verified, the lady who was assisting me told me the name of the current insurance was showing on her records so she confirmed that everything should be ok. Today my daughter went on her appointment, her father was with her, apparently everything was good, he left the office and was told nothing but if he needed to schedule the next appointment.

After he left the office I received a call, it was the dental office telling me that as I have change the insurance I might need to pay something, I asked the lady why my husband or me were not informed of this before, and the lady started talking about they believe my daughter was still covered with the other insurance, I was really disappointed and frustrated because the change of insurance was informed more than a month ago, I even confirmed about the insurance before rescheduling the appointment and for me is disrespectful and sketchy that the admin staff does not inform about any costs before the service has been provided. The lady was very rude and with a lack of empathy, I asked her about her name, and she ended up telling me “I’m just calling you to let you know you will receive a statement” and just hang up. I have been taken my daughter to this office since she was 1 year old, she is 4 and a half right now and feel very disappointed that Dr Ana Maria Gallego has admin staff treating loyal customers like that.

We love Dr Gallego and their dental staff but definitely won’t come back because of their disrespectful and inefficient admin staff.
