Dr. Mina and Mrs. Cassie were AWESOME to me! They made me feel very comfortable throughout my dental procedure and comforted me when I felt scared. Yes! I am very grown and was very scared, but they made me feel safe and my procedure went very well. 10/10!!!

I give up trying to get in this place. I made my first appointment for two crowns. I already had the root canals done with Dr. Abide who is wonderful. He doesn’t do crowns and told me to follow up with a dentist. I tried calling for the first appointment and that should have been my sign to go elsewhere. I sent a message request from their website. I had more than one number texting me about scheduling. I took off work and had to cancel my own clients and miss out on making money just to get there and they had me set up for a cleaning. I told them I was scheduled for a crown. (I hadn’t done the second root canal at this time) I had also just talked with I believe the assistant about the cost and she showed me where my insurance would pay for all but almost a couple hundred dollars. They then told me that they would have to reschedule me because they needed to make sure insurance would cover it first. Strange since I had the sheet of paper with the cost. I didn’t want to do the cleaning that day because I needed something to help my anxiety before scheduling that. The second time was not entirely their fault since it snowed but I reached out that morning (my appointment was at 8:30) to ask if I still needed to come before I drove in the snow and ice. I’m glad I didn’t because they did not reach out to me until 9:06 to let me know they wouldn’t be open. They messaged me Thursday to ask if I could come the next day. I responded a few times but never got a response from them again, not even the next day. I have never had such a hard time with communication and trying to get a procedure done. My root canals are going to end up failing before I can get in anywhere and that will be almost $800 down the drain plus will have to pay to have it fixed. Unbelievable. I will not be back.
