Dr. Pena has excellent communication and always explains procedures clearly which puts me at ease. He has a gentle and caring approach and always make sure I’m comfortable. The office is always very clean and best of all, there is never any wait time in the waiting room. The office is very good at starting at the time of your appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Pena for the last 26 years(since Miami Lakes office). He is the best Dentist and has an amazing staff who treat you like family. He personally takes the time to talk to you and answer any questions. He is also great with kids. I've been taking my son to Dr. Pena since he was 3, he is now 15!

I was referred to this office by two friends who said they handled root canals. I also called ahead to confirm and was told they do perform root canals. Based on that information, I scheduled an appointment for my husband and when he went in expecting to receive treatment or at least begin the process. Instead, he was given another exam -- even though he had already been examined by another dentist -- and was then told they would refer me elsewhere for the root canal.

This was very disappointing and felt like a waste of time and money. It gave the impression that the office is more interested in billing for exams than actually providing the treatment they claimed to offer. I hope they take this feedback seriously and provide clearer information upfront to avoid misleading future patients. "His appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and he arrived on time.

However, he was not seen by the dentist until 10:50 AM, which was frustrating and inconvenient. " New! More ways to react to reviews. “I was told over the phone that the first consultation would be free, but my husband was charged $85” Super disappointed with the information provided by the staff! I don’t recommend this place.
