I have been a patient at this dental office for over 40 years. While I have been happy with the quality of care provided by the two dentists I have seen in that time, the front office is so incompetent, and occasionally rude, that I am likely to move on to another provider. Recent "highlights": billing my insurance for x-rays that were not performed, setting up a same day appointment for an urgent procedure, which, after I had traveled all the way downtown from the northern suburbs no one knew anything about and was impossible since the dentist had already left the office(perhaps a random person answered the phone when I called to make the appointment???) and requesting/demanding payment for a procedure before I left the office based on their brilliant analysis of my insurance coverage(it turns out they overcharged me by $82 and six weeks later have done nothing to correct this error. ) Addendum in reply to owner's response: 1. The xrays were billed late last year, I believe in November.

Happy to provide a copy of the insurance statement. 2. Your reply to my overpayment complaint does NOT address the problem. I paid $185 on the day of the procedure. Per the statement I received from Aetna, in fact my responsibility was only $103.

You owe my $82 for the overpayment. Again, I am happy to provide all relevant documents.
