I HIGHLY don’t recommend this place. They are very unprofessional. You arrive a bit before your time of the appointment and you continue to sit in the waiting room for over an hour after your appointment. Then you are told you need a bone graft and a ct scan and that it was a consultation. When you had one the week prior. Drove over 4 hours away for this appointment.
Even confirmed it was to see the surgeon and they said yes and you never see him. I’d recommend going elsewhere. They dont even deserve one star but unfortunately that’s not option. (Also I’d like to say the place looks like it hasn’t had an update since the early 2000s. And that the waiting area looks like a barbershop. )

My mother has received dental care at this facility for the past few years and I highly recommend it since they always do a thorough job with her and the staff is very friendly. Booking appointments is also very easy. Lupita at the front desk is amazing!

If your black don’t even come they make nasty faces talk about you while your there and have you waiting for a long time no matter if you did make an appointment I felt so uncomfortable I never wish to feel like that every again we need to get theses people out of here 💔💯💯💯💯

This was my second time coming here and they are amazing, the desk reps are nice, quick. The dentist Dr hackney is wonderful. Professional takes his time and loves what he do. 100% fully trust him. They do walk-ins before Monday- Friday before 1pm call first. Great dentist. Would give 10 stars if I could!!!!!!!! Thanks North Ave Family Dentist. 🫶🏽🤗
