Not a long wait and is good for ids

The service has always been good, specially Dr little. But they have the worse phone service possible and their online portal is virtually useless. Their portal locked me out and email help access help keeps rejecting my email saying I'm not an authorized person they can receive emails from. Like why do they have this their system is not accepting emails from people that have a portal. I have been on the phone for nearly 3 hours attempting to get in touch with them because I am locked out of their portal.
I've call s their direct line, it rings continuously for a few min then go a to voicemail. I've called their direct line, their main number I've called their main number transferring to this location and no one answers. It feels like they are silencing the phones. This is rediculous!!! What type of service are they offering if I can't even get the information i need for my daughter
