I want to start off by saying thank you this is the second time I have seen Dr. Simpson and he is an awesome dentist. He tells you like it is. He truly cares. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He pulled out my tooth and was very professional about it.

If your in pain he is the man. Thank you Dr Simpson. He got me in on the next day after calling and telling them I was in pain. I would give 10 stars if I could. Amazing.

Well. Update. He didn’t fill out my prescriptions correctly and is closed the next 3 days so after having a tooth extracted I have no pain medication or antibiotics. In pain and worried about infection. I had a great experience with this clinic and Dr. Simpson.

He took time to explain my situation and make me comfortable with my choices. I was able to be seen same day. His expertise is in extractions and dentures, and he focuses solely on those treatments, and his prices are very fair. To find a dentist that cares about his community and offers a low cost option (as low as possible) for the uninsured was a blessing for me. The office staff were pleasant and moving quickly and efficiently to see to all the afternoon walk in appointments. He was pleasant and reassuring and had a very nice bedside manner.

I wouldn’t be put off by the negative reviews if you need a tooth pulled or dentures. He made my grandmother a pair of dentures when she was 90 and said they would probably only function cosmetically and he didn’t want her to think they would help her eat much better because she had such deteriorated gums from years of denture wearing. They were the best dentures she ever had and she was able to resume eating things she hadn’t been able to eat with her old dentures. His sweet demeanor with her is why I chose to ignore the negative reviews and use his clinic and I am glad I did. Thank you, Midsouth Dental.

Boog Joog

My wife went in to get her wisdom tooth pulled while being almost 4 months pregnant. Dr. Simpson and the nurse were amazing, and the procedure lasted a couple of minutes! We will definitely come back for dental work.

I called about having a wisdom tooth removed, and they told me they accepted walk-ins. They didn’t say I would be waiting for 4 hours. I sat in the waiting room watching patient after patient be called until the lobby was empty. When I got back, the doctor was very unprofessional. When he numbed my mouth the anesthesia didn’t get into my system. I know this because it shot across my face (I had to wipe my face). He was in a rush because he was ready to leave.

Needless to say, when he pulled the tooth, I felt EVERY BIT of it. I was so traumatized by the cracking sound/sensation of the bones surrounding the tooth. I paid 150. 00 for the experience and he let me take the tooth “to dispose of it”. Horrible experience ALL THE WAY AROUND.
