I called to be a NEW patient of this practice. I have moved here from England. Now, I am American but have been living in England for 4 years and have a house in Cape Cod. I have had long standing dental insurance an called this office to get my teeth cleaned. The person who answered would not let me speak or explain my situation. She insisted on calling me back after she verified my insurance which was fine. However, I was going to suggest me calling back after she verified my insurance but she would not give me the chance to tell her this.
She said should could not call a international number then put the phone down on me!!! I absolutely could not believe it. Then she put the phone on answering machine so I could not call back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would want people to listen to me an answer my questions. Clearly not the place for me. I say a big red flag. I wonder if the dentist she works for knows how she treats patients because she is NOT friendly at all.
I haven't had a chance to change over my phone number and she JUDGED me on this. My insurance was fine. When I called back she left me on hold over 10 mins and simply didn't pick up until I hung up. What is the matter with this office? it is like they don't want new customers.

Dr. Juan is an extraordinary dentist. He insures that a patient is always comfortable and free of pain. He solved a problem I had with a tooth that other dentists wanted to do a root call and crown, He examined the area and determined that the cause of the pain was a previous filling by another dentist that had too long of a filling and was pressing on a nerve.
Saved me lot of money and discomfort. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Juan and his staff.
