Dr. Chang and her staff are great, thorough and kind.
You will get surprise bills. Estimates are wildly inaccurate and they will not update you about the response they receive from your insurance. They billed me and my insurance for a procedure that did not occur. They pressured me into regular cleanings with them (much more expensive than average) by saying they wouldn't help me if something went wrong with my implant unless I used their office. My insurance does not cover implants but had I known they had this expectation that I would use them for general dentistry I would have gone through a different provider. Very unfortunate how they take advantage of people who are concerned about their oral health through their deceitful tactics.
