Dr. Van Hook and his staff are amazing. He has been my dentist for years now and I have complete confidence in him and his staff. Each time I walk into the office, I am greeted with professionalism and smiles. I recently had to have a root canal. Many people warned me that this would be a very uncomfortable ordeal so I had some fear going into this procedure. Right from the start, Sue was comforting, knowledgeable and warm as she prepared me for this procedure. Dr. Van Hook explained everything he was doing throughout in a very calm manner, which helped me relax. When my friends asked me how it was, I let them know it was really not a big deal, I know this is due to the wonderful treatment I received. Whether I’m going in for a routine cleaning or a more intense procedure, I know I will get the best results. I must acknowledge Shannon, she is meticulous in her work and so enjoyable.
Whenever we go for a cleaning or for dental work, my husband and I know that we will be treated professionally and always with patience and kindness. The staff is wonderful. From greeting you when you sign in to checking out, every step is handled with care and efficiency. We travel 50 minutes to get to their office and always find it well worth the trouble!
