My hygienist was so conscientious about sanitizing of the tools & implements. I was very thankful and very appreciative. I’ve never had such a sanitized experience at the dentist before, it really is important and stood out to me. Great job👌

Made an appointment for a 10:00 a. m. cleaning and exam. The day of the appointment I received a text message at 6:50 a. m. asking me to call the clinic. Upon calling the clinic I was informed that my appointment had been given away and that it was my fault for not confirming the appointment. I did confirm the appointment the Monday before and have the call logged in my phone.
At 6:50 a. m. the day of the appointment I was offered a spot at 7:30 a. m. but was unable to make that appointment as I have three special needs children who get on the bus at that time. Eventually the clinic manager called to let me know that they can provide me with a phone number for other clinics and I can try to schedule an appointment there. Mistakes happen and people are human but the fact that the clinic did not even offer to call around to fix the problem they caused shows a persistent issue with regard to concern for patients.
