Dr. Miller and staff were great. They were very caring. I have a hard time with xrays and the dental assistant was so gentle and kind to me, going above and beyond even though it was extra work. Dr. Miller took the time to thoughtfully answer questions before and after the procedure.
They also took care to prevent pain, being very gentle with the local anesthetics. I really appreciated periodic updates during the procedure - they let me know what was happening, what to expect next, and even rough time estimates. I felt like they provided great care and listened to me. I left in much better shape than I came in. If you have to have a root canal, this is a great option. I also really appreciated that they wore n95 masks.
During scheduling, I requested if they could consider wearing kn94 or n95 masks for the procedure and brought some along just in case. To be honest didn't expect that request to be accommodated. When I showed up, they were already wearing well fitting n95s. I didn't have to ask again and they didn't act like it was a big deal. This was much appreciated and just made me feel cared for.

Thank you! Dr. Jeffrey Ryan is a very skilled professional with excellent communication skills. I felt comfortable and confident during the procedure, and Dr Ryan and his assistant were professional and very considerate. My root canal was as stress free as possible. Excellent practice.
