Dr. Patel is thorough yet gentle, whether doing a routine cleaning or my daughter’s braces consult. The office is modern and efficient, with short wait times and a friendly front desk that remembers our names.
My 12-year-old loves the gaming corner in the waiting area, and the hygienists are great at keeping her focused during cleanings. They’re transparent about costs, work magic with insurance, and offer flexible hours. Last month, they fit me in after work for a toothache—no hassle, just quick, effective care. METRO DECAUR DENTAL IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! I FIRST WENT TO ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE WHICH WAS ASPEN DENTAL IN DOUGLASVILLE, GA AND THEY TRIED TO OVER CHARGE ME AND TOOK OUT A LOAN WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. METRO CHARGED ME FOR THE SAME TREATMENT AND RESULTS AT ALMOST $3,000 LESS. THE WOMAN BEHIND THE DESK, THE DENTIST, TECHNICIAN, ETC WERE JUST AWESOME!!! THEY DIDN’T.
OVER CHARGE LIKE ASPEN DENTAL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, UNDERSTANDING, PATIENT, LISTENED TO YOUR CONCERNS, ANSWERED ALL YOUR QUESTIONS, ETC. OUTSTANDING!! I LEFT THERE CONFIDENT IN THEM! I THANK MY BELOVED GOD BROTHER, MELVIN HAWK FOR REFERRING ME TO THEM!! THANK GOD FOR METRO Decatur dental!!!
