I LOVE Dr. Freed and his team. I started seeing Dr. Freed about 17 years ago when he was a 5 minute drive away. I since moved and have to drive 40 minutes, but I'm sticking with him and not looking for someone closer, because Dr. Freed does great work, and his team are always kind and helpful. I just wish I could add a 6th star!

From the moment you step in, the front desk staff greets you with professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness. They're always on top of things and make the experience seamless. Dr. Freed is an absolute lifesaver! I can’t express enough gratitude for the care I’ve received from him. When my 81-year-old mom needed dental work, I brought her here, and she instantly connected with Dr.

Freed. They did a root canal on me, and I hardly felt a thing—it was amazing! If you’re looking for top-notch dental care from an experienced and compassionate dentist, GO SEE DR. FREED! I’ve seen complaints from others, but many seem to come from those who repeatedly cancel their appointments last minute. Personally, I’ve only had to cancel once, and because I gave the office manager a heads-up, there were no issues. They’re a smaller team, but they run things with such friendliness and care that it’s easy to see why last-minute cancellations could disrupt their day, especially when others are waiting for urgent dental care.

As a small business owner myself, I completely understand the impact of no-shows on a tight schedule. Despite being busy, they even managed to fit me in last minute when I called in with severe pain. I was seen the very next day! I have no complaints—only high praise for Dr. Freed and his fantastic team! If you want excellent, attentive, and reliable dental care, I highly recommend Good Samaritan Dental & Surgical Associates!
