Absolutely love this practice. I changed from my previous dentist office in 2018 because of all the praise I was hearing about Dr. Kate. She definitely lives up to that praise. Always making me feel comfortable in her chair because I get very nervous at the dentist. On top of that, her staff helped me deal with my insurance which was a life saver! Would give 6 stars if I could.

Dr Kate Cav and the entire Media Smiles Staff are awesome. Best of the best. If you have fears of Dentist you won't once you go to this office. I could never say enough or thank them enough for who they are and what they do as a dental office. So glad I found Media Smiles through a family member many years ago.

I can’t say enough good things about Media Smiles! Dr. Cavanaugh and her staff are top-notch. They treat our family of seven, and my kids think Dr. Kate is awesome! Two of my boys have had serious dental needs and I appreciated that she takes the time to explain the plan of care and makes wonderful referrals— I think sometimes people think dentists are jacks of all trades. Nope! Sometimes an endodontist, oral surgeon, etc is needed.

Dr. Cavanaugh, her assistants, and hygienists are always personable and welcoming. The office staff are kind, accommodating, and their billing is transparent. Highly recommend!

My children and I have been very happy with this practice. I have had a lot of work done and find that Dr. Cavanaugh is very thorough and caring. She gives clear info about what to expect after a procedure and I appreciate that. She is available for follow up as well, which can really help since everyone gets anxious about dental work.

Her staff members are excellent as well. My kids never mind going to the dentist, that’s saying something! Dr. Cavanaugh is a great option if you need a dentist in the Media area. 👌🏼
